• Provider should be available for at least 6-12 shifts per month
• NCCPA/AANP - Required, NPs must be Family Nurse Practitioners
• Active NJ License - Required
• BLS - Required
• Local candidates- can provide mileage and lodging if needed
• Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required
