Virtual Physicians (MD or DO) for 1099 3-6 month contract!
Must have state licenses in GA and TN and at least 2 from the following states-: MO MS AL FL TX
Must Reside in one of the following states-AZ CA CO FL GA IL MA MI NV NJ NY NC OH PA TX VA
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Full time 4-5 days per week between the hours of 8 am- 8pm 5 x 8s or 4 x 10s! No Weekends!
You will deliver quality care to patients on the Medical Group platforms via phone and messaging. You will also serve as a supervising physician to Advanced Practice Providers
.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations
- Provide medical care virtually (by phone, video, & message) in alignment with the Medical Group guidelines, practices and policies
- Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement
- Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Must be licensed for full practice in TN and GA and at least two of the following: MO, MS, AL, FL TX
- 3+ years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice
Bonus points
- 2+ years of Telemedicine experience
- IMLCC compact Physician license or eligible to apply
- Supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)
