- Credentialing Timeframe: Will expedite for March work
- EMR: EPIC
- Coverage Dates: Requested dates of 3/5, 3/6, 3/7, 3/22, 3/26, 3/27, 3/28
- Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 7a-7a – 24 hour call
- Call Schedule/Responsibilities: 24 hour call
- Type of Patients/Cases/Procedures: have requested surgical competency requirements and preferences
- Patients per Day/Volume: 2-5
- Support Staff: Solo coverage, will have backup available from the perm Vascular team
- Trauma Level: 2
- Miscellaneous Information: This position may end up being short term. They have a recent gap in coverage, and have requested coverage for the specific openings in the schedule. If a candidate could help in March but only on different dates we can present and see if adjustments can be made to the schedule. It is unknows if this will extend month to month.
- Minimum number of shifts required per month? 7
- Certifications/Qualifications Required: ATLS
- Trained and boarded in Vascular Surgery
- Board Certified Required: Yes, Vascular Surgery
- Active OR license and DEA required
