Aya Healthcare is seeking a Vascular Surgery physician for a Locum Tenens call coverage opportunity at Alameda Health System - Highland Hospital in Oakland, CA. Start date 1/25/2027.
- Level 1 trauma center acute care hospital in Oakland, CA
- Coverage: approx. 2 weekends per month and 3 weeknights per week (minimum 4 shifts per month)
- Weekend 24-hour beeper call 7A-7A; weeknight beeper call 5P-7A
- Epic EMR
Job Responsibilities
• Cover approx. 2 weekends per month and 3 weeknights per week (minimum 4 shifts per month)
• Weekend 24-hour beeper call 7A-7A; weeknight beeper call 5P-7A
• Use Epic EMR in a Level 1 trauma center setting
Qualifications
• 4-5 years of vascular surgery experience (fellowship training may count)
• Level 1 or 2 trauma experience required (Level 1 strongly preferred); vascular trauma call experience
• California license and CA DEA required
• Fluoroscopy certification and ACLS required
