Position Highlights

Location: Fairfield, Ohio, with call coverage across four hospitals

Coverage: Ongoing over the next six months

Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Call: 1:4 beeper/phone call rotation, with minimal callback hours

Patient Population: Adult patients
-
Patient Volume: Approximately 10–15 patients per day

Practice Setting: Hospital-based and clinic

EMR: Epic
-
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and rental car covered
Clinical Responsibilities

Inpatient rounding
-
Endovascular procedures
-
Vascular surgical procedures
-
Clinic coverage
-
After-hours call coverage
Required Qualifications
-
Board-certified in Vascular Surgery
-
Vascular Surgery fellowship required
-
Minimum of two years of work experience
-
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
-
Active DEA
-
Clean background with no malpractice or medical license issues; exceptions are not permitted
An active Ohio medical license is preferred. Credentialing is estimated at approximately three months for providers who already have an Ohio medical license, Ohio DEA, and Ohio Medicare enrollment. Temporary privileges may be available.
