Provide Vascular Surgery Call Coverage
Evaluate and Manage Vascular Surgery Consults
Perform Vascular Surgical Procedures
Provide Emergency and Inpatient Vascular Surgery Coverage as Needed

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery - Required
Active Pennsylvania Medical License - Required at Submission

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days
