Locum Physician Vascular Surgery
Position Type: Locum

Shift: 24-hour beeper call; October 9, 7:00 AM - October 14, 9:00 AM
Position Details: Vascular Surgery coverage with 10-15 consults per week and 6-10 surgeries per week. Average callback is 6-8 hours per day. Residents onsite; hybrid OR, APS, and angioplasty services.
Patient Population:
Setting: Hospital; Level 1 trauma, approximately 500 beds
Responsibilities: Provide vascular surgery consultation and surgical care during 24-hour beeper call coverage.
Required Procedures: Vascular surgery procedures; angioplasty
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: Residents onsite
Days Per Month: 24-hour call coverage from October 9-14, 2026
On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour beeper call
Submission Requirements:
- BC or BE in Vascular Surgery with active PA license required to submit
- DEA required
- NPDB Self-Query within 6 months
