- Coverage dates: Sept 28-Oct 6; Oct 23-29; Nov 9-12; Dec 23-27 & 30-31; Jan 1-3
- Sporadic, as-needed shifts; dates may vary
- Trauma 1 Center
- Procedures: open and endovascular (both required)
- Average census: 5-10 patients/day; ~6 outpatient elective procedures
- Support: 1 APP + nursing in clinic; 2 APPs assist with rounding
- Certifications: IL license
- Comfortable working in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Ability to perform both open and endovascular procedures
- Local candidates preferred
- Rush file; temps will be requested
