Vascular Surgery Opportunity in Findlay, OH
Practice Highlights
Opportunity to establish and lead a community-based vascular surgery program
Partnership with a nationally recognized academic medical center
Clinical faculty appointment available (Assistant or Associate Professor)
100% clinical practice based in Findlay
Treat abdominal and thoracic aneurysmal disease, carotid artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, limb salvage, and hemodialysis access
Perform both open and endovascular procedures
Provide medical management and non-surgical treatment of vascular disease
Weekly schedule of 2 clinic days and 3 procedural/surgical days
Approximately 10 night/weekend call shifts per month
Shared call with vascular surgery APP, PRN vascular surgeon, and phone support from vascular surgery colleagues
Collaborate with cardiology, interventional radiology, and multidisciplinary teams
Opportunity to help expand the vascular program, including recruitment of additional providers and transition to a hybrid operating room
Opportunity to teach medical students, residents, fellows, nursing staff, and allied health professionals
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $500,000-$600,000 based on experience
Annual bonus potential up to $75,000
$50,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
176 hours of vacation annually

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
