Vascular Surgery Opportunity – Full-Time | Southern Georgia

A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join a growing surgical team, supported by four board-certified general surgeons.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in building and expanding a vascular surgery service line within a collaborative and well-supported environment.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time Position

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Time split equally between clinic and OR

• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents

• Collaborative surgical team with strong support

Call Schedule

• 7 days of call per month

• Additional compensation for extra call coverage

• Candidate must be open to taking some general surgery call

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive guaranteed base salary (commensurate with experience)

• Annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment

Practice Details

• Opportunity to play a key role in expanding vascular services

• Expected case mix in year one:

  • ~60% general surgery

  • ~40% vascular surgery

• Current vascular procedures include:

  • Carotid endarterectomies

  • Femoral-femoral bypasses

• Expansion of additional vascular procedures is highly encouraged and supported
