Vascular Surgery Opportunity near Nashville, TN

This is an opportunity to step into an established vascular surgery service with immediate procedural volume and strong institutional support. You'll join a growing program as a hospital-employed surgeon with a clear path to high production and long-term stability. The role offers a rare combination of surgical focus, predictable scheduling, and an exceptional lifestyle in Middle Tennessee.


Practice Overview

  • You'll join one full-time vascular surgeon in an established, growing vascular surgery service
  • Vascular-only call with a 1:2 rotation, covering a single facility
  • Two dedicated vascular OR suites and a brand-new outpatient clinic located directly across from the hospital
  • Robust multidisciplinary support including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedics, general surgery, and 24/7 surgicalist coverage


Schedule

  • Monday-Friday structure with 1 clinic day and 4 dedicated OR days each week
  • High procedural volume with approximately 30 clinic patients per day and 4-7 cases per OR day
  • Dedicated vascular labs supported by an experienced technical team
  • No requirement for general surgery call


Compensation & Benefits

  • Year 1 guarantee of $550,000 plus RVU production; $55/RVU after 10,000 RVUs
  • Long-term earning model with $65/RVU at full production
  • Negotiable sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, residency/fellowship stipend, and mortgage support
  • Eight weeks of paid time off, CME allowance, retirement plans with employer match, and full malpractice coverage


Candidate Requirements

  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Vascular Surgery
  • Comfortable managing high-volume clinic and operative cases
  • Interest in building procedural volume within a hospital-employed model
  • Team-oriented approach to collaboration across service lines
