Full-Time, Permanent Position
Position Overview:
Seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to join and expand their Vascular Surgery Department at a modern clinic in Quincy, IL. This position offers access to comprehensive diagnostic and surgical support, along with a strong referral network and competitive compensation.
Practice/Position Highlights:
Opportunity to grow a dedicated Vascular Surgery Department
Sub-specialty support available across all major disciplines
On-site access to lab, x-ray, 3T MRI, and extremity CT within the clinic s diagnostic center
Advanced clinical infrastructure in a well-established health system
Board Certification is expected for all staff physicians
Qualifications:
Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
Strong surgical and diagnostic skills with a collaborative approach
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary:
- $625,000/year for new graduates
- $700,000/year for candidates with 3+ years of experience
Productivity incentive bonus plan based on wRVUs
