Located in Findlay, OH - 45 minutes to Toledo, OH

This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, providing advanced vascular care while shaping the future of cardiovascular services in NW Ohio.
Overview:
Program Growth & Development: Opportunity to lead in expanding and enhancing a robust, community-focused vascular surgery program with plans to recruit additional vascular surgeon and APP by end of 2027
Diverse & High-Quality Cases: Strong referral network to manage a full spectrum of open and endovascular cases
State-of-the-Art Facilities: Multidisciplinary collaboration with cardiology, interventional radiology, and other specialties; Hybrid OR (Planning for construction completion by 2027)
Supportive Team & Resources: Experienced care team, leadership and dedicated APP with strong hospital support

Practice Autonomy and Support: Practice autonomy with robust subspecialty support and a dedicated care team
Salary range starts at $500,000
Requirements:
BC/BE vascular surgeon with passion for clinical excellence, program-building and community engagement
Treat Abdominal and Thoracic Aneurysmal Disease, Carotid Disease, Hemodialysis Access, Peripheral Vascular Disease and Limb Salvage
Manage conditions with medications, lifestyle changes and non-surgical interventions
Call coverage for ten night/weekend shifts per month
Schedule includes (2) clinic days and (3) procedural days
Supervise advanced practitioner(s)
Educate patients and promote wellness, prevention, and early detection by providing materials, resources, and services to patients and their families
Maintain responsive, open communication with referring physicians
Participate in department, college, medical center and other service activities
Serve as preceptor and train residents, fellows, medical students, undergraduate and graduate students, nursing staff and other allied health medical professionals

Stress Echo, DOBUTamine Stress Echo
Cardiolite Treadmill Stress Test, Lexiscan Cardiolite Stress Test, Treadmill EKG Stress Test
EKG, Transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE)
Cardiac Catheterization
Vascular Testing
Cardiac Rehabilitation
Nuclear Medicine
Emergency Cardiac Care
CLINICAL FACULTY: The clinical faculty track exists for those faculty members whose principal career focus is teaching, clinical and translational research, delivery of exemplary clinical care and contribution to all college missions. The title for these appointments are Assistant/Associate/Professor. These faculty are typically, but not exclusively, physicians, and they must have a paid faculty appointment.
