This is an outstanding opportunity for a surgeon who enjoys the complexity and variety of trauma surgery, emergency general surgery, and surgical critical care while practicing in a collaborative, well-supported tertiary care environment.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Collaborative call structure designed to promote teamwork and long-term sustainability
  • Strong multidisciplinary resources and efficient clinical infrastructure

Clinical Excellence & Innovation

Join a progressive surgical program that embraces advanced technology and continued innovation in acute care surgery.

  • Top 1% nationally in ACS robotic surgery utilization

  • Established clinical pathways supporting quality, efficiency, and continuity of care
  • Strong collaboration across surgical, emergency, critical care, and hospital-based specialties
  • Opportunities for resident education, mentorship, and clinical research for interested physicians — but not required

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
  • Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care required
  • Strong operative and clinical skills across trauma and emergency general surgery
  • Experience managing critically ill surgical patients
  • Ability to thrive within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
