& Trauma Research Director

  • Only level I trauma center for a 270-mile radius
  • Tertiary/quaternary referral center for a ~45K square mile area w/ catchment of 1.25M
  • Annual trauma volume of 3,900+; approx. 650 with Injury Severity Score >/= 15

PRACTICE

  • Coverage of trauma surgery, surgical critical care, acute care surgery, emergency general surgery and burns
  • Teach surgical critical care fellows, residents and med students
