Position Overview
- Build and lead a growing thoracic surgery practice, with select adult cardiac cases
- Lung cancer, esophageal, mediastinal, chest wall and minimally invasive thoracic surgery
- Region's only dedicated heart hospital; new hybrid OR, 15 surgical suites, 3 da Vinci Xi robots
- 30-bed ICU with 24/7 in-house intensivists; established TAVR and structural heart program
- Built-in referrals from a 370+ provider medical group and a regional cancer center
- Faculty appointment available
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range $911,757 - $1,104,538 (based on experience)
- Base salary guarantee plus wRVU incentives

Requirements
