Seeking experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon
Overview:
* Lead an established Cardiothoracic Surgery program serving a large regional patient population
* Seeking a surgeon with 5–7 years of post-fellowship experience in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery
* Opportunity to provide clinical and programmatic leadership while continuing an active surgical practice
* Collaborate with medical staff to educate providers and promote current and advanced cardiothoracic procedures
* 2 dedicated cardiac operating rooms and 9 general operating rooms
* 3 cardiac catheterization labs and 1 hybrid room
* Additional catheterization labs available at two other campuses within the health system
* 24/7 dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia team
* 12-bed CVICU
* Dedicated Cardiac Rehabilitation unit

Comp/Benefits:
* $975,000 base compensation guaranteed for two years
* Up to $50,000 annual quality incentive plus $50,000 sign-on bonus
* $10,000 relocation assistance and $3,000 annual CME allowance with 40 CME hours
