Description
Noor Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon for scheduled 24-hour beeper call coverage in South Carolina.
Coverage is needed on specific dates only, with no exceptions. Candidates should provide their exact availability for each requested block when submitting.
Dates of Coverage:
- September 25 at 7:00 AM – September 28 at 7:00 AM
- November 13 at 7:00 AM – November 16 at 7:00 AM
- December 19 at 7:00 AM – December 28 at 7:00 AM
The physician will provide inpatient Cardiothoracic Surgery call coverage and manage assigned patients. The position includes beeper call with a required 30-minute response time. The facility uses Epic EMR and offers temporary privileges.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage assigned surgical patients
Respond to inpatient Cardiothoracic Surgery consultations
Provide surgical management and follow-up as needed
Respond to clinical calls within the required 30-minute timeframe
Collaborate with hospital-based clinical teams
Provide appropriate patient care during assigned call periods
Complete medical documentation using Epic EMR
Qualifications
Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
Active South Carolina medical license
Inpatient Cardiothoracic Surgery experience
Must be available for the exact requested coverage dates
Temporary privileges available
Must meet facility credentialing requirements
Working Hours
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
September 25, 7:00 AM – September 28, 7:00 AM
November 13, 7:00 AM – November 16, 7:00 AM
December 19, 7:00 AM – December 28, 7:00 AM
