This well-established hospital provides comprehensive cardiovascular and thoracic surgical services to the Memphis community and surrounding region. The facility supports locum tenens physicians with lodging recommendations nearby and offers a dynamic clinical environment spanning the CVICU, ICU, Cardiac Step Down, and other hospital units as needed.Opportunity:
Physician - Thoracic Surgery - Cardio Thoracic SurgeryJob Details:
- Provide thoracic and cardiovascular surgical services across CVICU, ICU, Cardiac Step Down, and other hospital units as needed
- Perform complex procedures including CABG, AVR/MVR, TEVSG/EVSG, Carotid endarterectomy, PVD, Pericardial window, and more
- Thoracic and Cardiovascular trained MD required
- 10 patient encounters per shift
- Board certification required (Certified level minimum)
- Active Tennessee license or IMLC eligibility required
- ACLS certification required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
- Locum Tenens engagement with lodging recommendations available nearby
Compensation:
