TMC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our expanding, high-acuity surgical team in Tucson, Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to work within a well-established cardiothoracic program that provides comprehensive surgical care, including complex cardiac and thoracic procedures.

This position includes a $25,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation package, along with a highly competitive base salary of $1,067,856.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide high‑quality perioperative and postoperative patient care
• Collaborate with cardiologists, intensivists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in cardiothoracic call rotation
• Support program growth, quality initiatives, and evidence‑based practice
• Engage in patient education and shared decision‑making
• Contribute to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
Qualifications
• Strong clinical experience in cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures
• Demonstrated commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Eligibility for Arizona medical licensure
Working Hours
• Participation in cardiothoracic call rotation
