Start Date: 08/03/2026 (ASAP start preferred)
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Mix of 8- and 12-hour shifts
- 2 clinic days per week
- 2 surgery/procedure days per week
- 1 flexible administrative/surg overflow day
Call Required: Yes - Overnight and weekend call shared among surg
Clinical Details
- Setting: Hospital – Allina Health Cancer Institute at Abbott Northwestern Minneapolis
- Patient Population: Adult
- Practice Focus: Thoracic Oncology Surg
- Procedures & Skills Required:
- Minimally invasive thoracic surg
- Robotic thoracic surg
- VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surg)
- Advanced bronchoscopy
- Endoscopic procedures involving the lungs and esophagus
- Surg management of lung, chest wall, mediastinal, and pleural diseases
- Support Staff: PAs, Nurse Navigator, Clinic RNs, and Provider Coordinator
Requirements
- Minnesota license or IMLC required
- Clean background strongly preferred to expedite credentialing
