A physician-owned multi-specialty organization is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join an established and growing cardiovascular program in central Iowa.
This opportunity offers a collaborative surgical environment with strong cardiology support, access to advanced structural heart procedures, and shareholder partnership potential.

* Join an established team of:
* 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons (expanding to 3)
* 3 APPs
* 2 Office-Based RNs
* 4 Perfusionists
* Comprehensive cardiovascular program includes:
* 20 Cardiologists
* 4 Vascular Surgeons
* Co-management agreement with a major regional health system
* Established adult general Cardiothoracic Surgery program
* Structural Heart Program participation including:
* TAVR
* MitraClip
* Additional procedural opportunities include:
* Maze procedures
* Lead extraction
* Two dedicated cardiac surgery ORs
* Access to two hybrid procedural suites
