Specialty: CVT Surgery
Start Date: 8/13
End Date: 12/31
Coverage Type: 24 hour call; The provider is required to be available for rounding on all in-patients daily and 24/7 CVT call coverage each day.
Schedule: 7a-7a
Work Details:
· Support staff: Surgical team to include - first-assistant (NP/PA), two surgical techs, one RN circulator, anesthesiologist; ICU nursing staff; step-down nursing staff (4th floor).
· EMR: Meditech
· Skills required: Candidate needs to do open heart and will need to be able to do CABG and aortic dissections. The provider must be competent to cover any adult cardiac and thoracic and vascular surgical case.

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: Idaho
· DEA: Idaho
· CSR: Idaho
· Certifications required: The provider must hold a current American Board of Thoracic Surgery Certification
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
