She Recruits is partnering with a major regional hospital system in coastal South Carolina to recruit physicians across multiple high-demand specialties in Charleston, SC.
These opportunities offer strong referral patterns, advanced procedural infrastructure, and the ability to practice in one of the most desirable coastal markets in the Southeast.
Cardiothoracic Surgery – Employed
Location: Charleston, SC
Call: 1:2–1:3
Estimated MGMA Range: $750,000 – $950,000+
She Recruits is seeking a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a high-performing cardiovascular program with established surgical volume exceeding 200 heart cases annually.
What You’ll Do:
Perform routine heart surgery procedures
Manage complex valve surgeries including TAVR and mitral interventions
Perform thoracic procedures
Participate in a high-volume cardiac surgery service line
Collaborate with interventional cardiology and structural heart teams
Participate in quality improvement and outcomes tracking
Contribute to program growth and regional referral expansion
