Cardiothoracic Surgery Opportunity in Rogers, AR
A nationally recognized healthcare system in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a growing and advanced cardiovascular program. Practice Details
Full-time employed Cardiothoracic Surgery position
Established cardiovascular and thoracic surgery team with 2 surgeons
Dedicated CVOR team with 2 CVOR rooms and 1 hybrid OR
Robotics available
Strong collaboration with cardiology and hospitalist teams
Teaching opportunities with affiliated medical school
System-wide Epic EMR
Clinical Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of cardiothoracic surgical procedures
Manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiovascular teams
Participate in teaching and academic initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support & Resources
Advanced cardiovascular program with plans for Center of Excellence development
Dedicated APP support in both hospital and clinic settings

Requirements
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
Eligible for Arkansas medical licensure
