A regional healthcare system in Eastern Kentucky is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join an established and growing cardiovascular program. This is a full-time employed opportunity offering strong compensation, a robust referral network, and a comprehensive cardiac service line.

Established cardiovascular program with strong referral base
Service area population of approximately 750,000
Balanced schedule with equitable call rotation

Clinical Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of cardiothoracic surgical procedures
Evaluate and manage patients with complex cardiac and thoracic conditions
Collaborate with cardiology, interventional, and critical care teams
Participate in pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support & Resources

MD or DO degree
