A Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon is sought to join a dynamic and collegial cardiac surgery team within a highly regarded cardiovascular program. This opportunity offers the ability to practice a broad scope of adult cardiothoracic surgery in a supportive environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and excellence in patient care.
You Can Expect
* Perform a wide range of adult cardiothoracic surgical procedures
* Night call rotation of approximately 1:3, with shared weekend and holiday call
* Dedicated operating room block time
* Predominantly inpatient-focused role with approximately ½ day per week in the outpatient clinic
* Daily inpatient rounding responsibilities
* Strong advanced practice provider support, including:
* Four surgical advanced practice clinicians on the inpatient service
* Two cardiothoracic surgery advanced practice clinicians supporting outpatient care
