Location:
Quincy, IL
Full-Time, Permanent Position
Position Overview:
Seeking a second Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a growing surgical program in Quincy, IL. This opportunity includes a newly equipped hybrid operating room and collaboration with an experienced cardiothoracic surgeon. The position is ideal for a physician seeking to advance a dynamic program within a well-supported hospital setting.
Practice/Position Highlights:
Join a well-established program with one experienced cardiothoracic surgeon
Access to a modern hybrid OR
Opportunity to expand surgical services and build a robust program
Strong support infrastructure and hospital resources
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years post-training experience preferred
Thoracic experience, including EBUS and VATS, strongly preferred
Interest or experience in vascular procedures
Endovascular expertise, including EVAR, TEVAR, and peripheral vascular procedures desirable
Experience with TAVR/TAVI procedures preferred
Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary:
- $900,000/year for newly trained physicians
- $950,000/year for experienced candidates
