- Option to buy into Surgery Center

- Joining 3 MDs and 3 APP practice
- Doing CABG, Valve, Combo, Thoracic, TAVR and others
- Call 1:3 / 80% Outpatient / 20 % inpatient
- Offering 150-200K for student loans
