Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and critical care specialists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient consultations and follow-up evaluations.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed to support emergent and urgent cases.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain one. (willing to license)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery, including proficiency in minimally invasive techniques (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
