Location: Located in the southeastern corner of Alabama and just 20 miles from Georgia and Florida. The county has a population of approximately 100,000 and is a progressive city that has embraced the new South while maintaining the southern charm and values of the past. Only an hour and a half to white sand beaches on the Florida Gulf coast and a short drive to the state's capital, Montgomery or just three hours to Atlanta or Birmingham.

Opportunity: Seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join well-established, hospital-employed practice
*Join established group of 2 board-certified surgeons and 2 PA's
*Autonomous PA's who assist in the OR, perform vein harvesting, facilitate rounds, and see patients in post-op clinic
*daVinci robotic surgical system is available
*Scope of practice includes all aspects of cardiac and thoracic surgery
*Only facility offering the TAVR and Watchman procedures
*EMR is Epic
*$100,000 Sign-on bonus
Compensation: Hospital-employed opportunity offering highly competitive base salary plus wRVU bonus potential. $100,000 signing bonus. Generous PTO. Paid malpractice with tail. CME and licensure fees. Employer-funded retirement plan. Student loan repayment options as a PSLF eligible employer.
