o Adult Office Clinic = 20% of time
o Adult Hospital = 80% of time
-- Requirements: ACLS, Board Certified CT Surgery + Vascular Surgery, FDA-approved course in CO2 laser for TMLR, Fluoroscopy Training Program
-- EMR: Cerner
Coverage Needs:
-- Coverage: 1-2 weeks per month starting in ASAP and ongoing-- Locations: will cover multiple locations
