We are seeking a Board-Certified Retina Specialist to join a high-volume ophthalmology team delivering advanced retinal and vitreous care. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex retinal diseases including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, and other vitreoretinal disorders.
The ideal candidate has completed fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery or medical retina and is skilled in advanced diagnostics and minimally invasive retinal procedures. Work alongside experienced ophthalmologists and optometrists in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with strong referral networks and modern technology.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform retinal laser procedures and vitreoretinal surgeries
• Administer intravitreal injections
• Interpret OCT, fluorescein angiography, and ultrasound imaging
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary eye care teams
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
• Stay current with advancements in retinal therapies and surgical techniques
• Participate in research and continuing education initiatives
Qualifications
• Board Certification in Ophthalmology
• Completion of Retina/Vitreoretinal Fellowship
• Active and unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility)
• Proficiency in OCT, fluorescein angiography, and retinal ultrasound
• Expertise in intravitreal injections and retinal laser procedures
• Strong surgical precision and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
