Total Compensation: $180k-$210k

A well-established orthopedic and sports medicine organization in Ocean County, NJ is seeking a skilled Podiatrist (DPM) to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for patients with foot and ankle conditions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, integrated care model working alongside orthopedic surgeons, vascular specialists, pain management physicians, physical therapists, and advanced practice providers, with a clear path toward practice ownership and leadership.

What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, from fractures to diabetic foot conditions and deformities
  • Perform a full spectrum of surgical procedures, including forefoot/rearfoot reconstruction, ankle arthroscopy, tendon repair, and fracture fixation
  • Interpret diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT, ultrasound) and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgery, physical therapy, pain management, and vascular medicine teams
  • Build strong referral relationships with internal and external providers
  • Mentor physician assistants, medical assistants, and clinical support staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice growth efforts

What We're Looking For:

  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of a PMSR/RRA residency program
  • Board Qualified or Board Certified
  • Eligibility for unrestricted New Jersey podiatric licensure
  • Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Reconstruction, Trauma, Sports Medicine, or Limb Salvage
  • Strong interest in practice growth and leadership opportunities
