A busy, well-respected plastic surgery practice in Central Iowa is seeking a BE/BC Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon. Step into a built-in referral network with new consults arriving weekly.
Practice Details:
• Full-spectrum practice: reconstructive, melanoma, microvascular, facial trauma and cosmetic
• Block time in both ASC and hospital OR
• APP support in the OR, inpatient and clinic
• Close collaboration with breast, neuro, oncology and bariatric surgeons
• Cleft/craniofacial team participation
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary with 2-year income guarantee
• $100,000 recruitment package
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
• $6,000 CME; 4 weeks time off
• Day-one benefits
• Paid malpractice with tail; 403(b) match

Job Responsibilities
• See new consults and established patients in clinic
• Operate in ASC and hospital settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical and oncology teams
Qualifications
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery (certification within 5 years)
• Iowa license
• Active DEA and BLS
• Clean malpractice and license history preferred
• No visa sponsorship (J-1/H-1B)
