A well-established, hospital-employed plastic surgery practice in Eastern Iowa is seeking a full-time BC/BE Plastic Surgeon. Join one plastic surgeon and two APPs in a collaborative practice with an integrated med-spa.

Compensation & Benefits:
• $679,000 annual compensation
• $150,000 in bonus incentives

Job Responsibilities
• See patients for pre- and post-operative visits
• Support med-spa services
• Collaborate with a plastic surgeon colleague and APPs
Qualifications
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery (certification within 5 years)
• Iowa license
• Active DEA and BLS
• Clean malpractice and license history preferred
• Visa: H-1B (cap-exempt) considered
