Plastic Surgeon – Body Contouring & Aesthetic Surgery
Southern California
An established surgical practice is seeking a board-certified plastic surgeon with advanced body-contouring experience. This opportunity combines existing patient demand with the ability to expand a broad aesthetic surgery practice in a collaborative, well-supported environment.
Position Highlights

Focus on body contouring and skin-removal surgery, with opportunities for additional breast, body, and facial aesthetic procedures

Established patient base and comprehensive clinical and administrative support

Significant surgical autonomy and opportunity to help grow the plastic surgery service line

Guaranteed base salary of approximately $450,000–$500,000, plus productivity-based incentives
Qualifications

Board certification in plastic surgery required

Extensive experience in body lifts, abdominoplasty, brachioplasty, thigh lifts, and breast contouring

Confidence managing complex body-contouring cases and staged treatment plans

Ability to practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to patient-centered care and long-term practice growth
