A thriving and well-established private plastic surgery practice is seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join its expanding Atlanta, Georgia team.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a fully established practice with an existing referral network, experienced support staff, and an active surgical schedule from day one. The physician will have the flexibility to develop and expand their clinical focus while benefiting from the resources and reputation of a successful multi-surgeon practice.

Client is a well-established, multi-location private practice with a collaborative team of five full-time plastic surgeons.

The practice provides a broad range of cosmetic and reconstructive services, including:

Facial surgery
Breast surgery
Body surgery and contouring
Hand surgery
Reconstructive procedures
Cosmetic procedures

The surgeons are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative teams, as well as established marketing and public relations resources that help drive strong patient volume and referrals.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
Perform cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Manage and grow an individual patient base within the practice.
Collaborate with other surgeons on complex and co-surgeon cases when appropriate.
Maintain excellent clinical standards and patient outcomes.
Develop a clinical focus based on individual training, expertise, and interests.
Participate in a collaborative, multi-surgeon practice environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Board Certification in Plastic Surgery – Required
Active Georgia Medical License – Required
Strong clinical judgment and patient-care skills.
Experience performing cosmetic and/or reconstructive procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other surgeons.

Preferred Qualifications:
Fellowship training in Microsurgery and/or Hand Surgery is a plus, but not required.
Interest in expanding or developing a specialized clinical focus.
Desire to work within a collaborative private practice environment.
