An established and highly regarded private plastic surgery practice in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join its team of five full-time plastic surgeons.

This is an opportunity to step into a fully established practice with an existing referral network, active surgical volume, experienced support staff, and established marketing and public relations resources. The incoming surgeon will have the autonomy to develop a patient base and clinical focus while working within a collaborative, multi-surgeon environment.

  • Complex and co-surgeon cases

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
Perform cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Build and manage an individual patient base.
Collaborate with other surgeons on complex and co-surgeon cases when appropriate.
Maintain high clinical and surgical standards.
Develop a clinical focus based on training, expertise, and professional interests.
Participate actively in a collaborative private practice environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Board Certification in Plastic Surgery
Active Georgia medical license
Experience performing cosmetic and/or reconstructive plastic surgery
Strong clinical judgment and patient-care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other surgeons

Preferred Qualifications

Fellowship training in Microsurgery and/or Hand Surgery is a plus
Interest in developing a specialized clinical focus
Desire to build a long-term career within an established private practice
