Salt Lake City Aesthetic Facial Surgery

An established cosmetic surgery practice in the Salt Lake City area is seeking a facially focused aesthetic surgeon. This position is designed to complement the practice’s existing breast and body surgery services while expanding its capabilities in surgical and nonsurgical facial rejuvenation.

The practice operates from a newly renovated, 6,000-square-foot, state-licensed facility featuring two fully equipped operating suites and an integrated medical spa. The incoming surgeon will benefit from established infrastructure, an experienced clinical and administrative team, and a strong reputation for personalized care and natural-looking outcomes.

The Opportunity

• Develop a facial aesthetic surgery practice within an established cosmetic surgery environment
• Perform procedures such as facelift and neck lift, blepharoplasty, brow lift, rhinoplasty, facial fat grafting, otoplasty, and other facial rejuvenation procedures
• Incorporate injectables, lasers, energy-based treatments, and other nonsurgical facial services based on interest and experience
• Benefit from two onsite operating suites and a full-service medical spa
• Work alongside an experienced cosmetic surgeon while developing an individual patient base
• Receive support from an established surgical, clinical, administrative, and aesthetic team
• Contribute to the continued growth and expansion of the practice’s facial aesthetic services

Ideal Candidate

• Board certified or board eligible in plastic surgery or otolaryngology–head and neck surgery, with dedicated training in facial plastic or cosmetic surgery
• Strong interest in building a predominantly facial aesthetic practice
• One to two years of post-training experience preferred
• Current fellows and newly trained surgeons with strong aesthetic training and demonstrated surgical ability will also be considered
• Eligible for medical licensure in Utah
• Committed to patient safety, ethical practice, and consistently high-quality outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and a thoughtful, patient-centered approach
• Entrepreneurial and motivated to establish a long-term professional home
