A thriving and well-established private plastic surgery practice is seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join its expanding Atlanta, Georgia team.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a fully established practice with an existing referral network, experienced support staff, and an active surgical schedule from day one. The physician will have the flexibility to develop and expand their clinical focus while benefiting from the resources and reputation of a successful multi-surgeon practice.
Client is a well-established, multi-location private practice with a collaborative team of five full-time plastic surgeons.
The practice provides a broad range of cosmetic and reconstructive services, including:
Facial surgery
Breast surgery
Body surgery and contouring
Hand surgery
Reconstructive procedures
Cosmetic procedures
The surgeons are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative teams, as well as established marketing and public relations resources that help drive strong patient volume and referrals.

Job Responsibilities
Patient Evaluation & Treatment:
Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs, functional limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient condition, functional goals, and clinical findings.
Provide physical therapy interventions appropriate to each patient's age, diagnosis, abilities, and goals.
Monitor patient response to treatment and modify interventions as clinically appropriate.
Promote safe progression toward improved mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence.
Provide care consistent with the patient's medical condition and overall rehabilitation plan.
Patient Management & Care Coordination:
Manage an assigned patient caseload effectively.
Deliver physical therapy services in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and applicable state requirements.
Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Communicate patient progress, concerns, and recommendations to appropriate healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, mobility, exercises, safety, and functional goals.
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning as appropriate.
Clinical Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, outcomes, and discharge information in accordance with facility requirements.
Follow Client policies, procedures, protocols, and clinical guidelines.
Practice according to professional standards and the physical therapy code of ethics.
Maintain patient confidentiality and appropriate clinical documentation standards.
Participate in quality-improvement initiatives as assigned.
Supervision & Professional Responsibilities:
Provide direction and supervision of physical therapy care as required.
Work collaboratively with rehabilitation staff and other members of the healthcare team.
Participate in staff education, in-service training, and continuing professional development.
Stay current with evidence-based physical therapy practices.
Perform other related clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state where the Client hospital or clinic is located.
Current BLS certification required.
Ability to provide physical therapy services in accordance with applicable state laws and professional standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Preferred:
One year of clinical experience preferred.
Previous inpatient hospital or acute-care experience preferred.
Experience treating medically complex, chronically ill, or critically ill patients is a plus.
Newer clinicians with a strong interest in inpatient rehabilitation and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
