A rapidly growing, nationally recognized cosmetic and reconstructive surgery practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join its established New York surgical team.

This opportunity is designed for a surgeon who wants more than another employed position. The surgeon will provide cosmetic and reconstructive care across Long Island and Manhattan locations based on scheduling and patient demand.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures
• Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized surgical plans
• Provide operative care and comprehensive preoperative and postoperative management
• Educate patients regarding procedures, expectations, recovery, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and clinical staff
• Maintain exceptional standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and professionalism
• Create a highly personalized and supportive patient experience
• Practice across Long Island and Manhattan locations as scheduling requires
• Contribute to the continued clinical and strategic growth of the practice

Clinical Scope

The practice provides a comprehensive range of surgical and aesthetic services involving:

• Facial aesthetic surgery
• Breast surgery
• Body contouring
• Reconstructive plastic surgery
• Cosmetic medicine
• Surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic treatment planning

Most cosmetic procedures are completed in an outpatient ambulatory surgery setting. Certain complex or extensive procedures may involve affiliated hospital facilities when clinically appropriate.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery training program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
• Active, unrestricted New York medical license or ability to obtain one before starting
• Demonstrated competency in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery
• Strong aesthetic judgment and commitment to natural, high-quality outcomes
• Excellent surgical judgment and patient-care skills
• Strong communication and patient relationship abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary surgical team
• Reliable ability to work across Long Island and Manhattan locations
• High-volume cosmetic surgery or ambulatory surgery center experience preferred
• Genuine interest in long-term partnership and practice growth
