A rapidly growing aesthetic and surgical platform is seeking an experienced Plastic / Cosmetic Surgeon to join its expanding team across Florida and Georgia.
This opportunity is designed for a surgeon who wants more than a traditional clinical role. The practice provides established infrastructure, patient acquisition support, marketing resources, operational assistance, and multiple locations to help physicians grow a high-volume surgical practice.
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, patient-focused surgeon who enjoys performing cosmetic procedures, building patient relationships, and maximizing professional growth while maintaining clinical autonomy.
Job Responsibilities
Perform cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures.
Provide surgical consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including:
Injectables
Fillers
Other aesthetic treatments
Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Deliver exceptional surgical outcomes and patient experiences.
Patient Experience & Practice Growth
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations.
Educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, and outcomes.
Build strong patient relationships.
Support patient satisfaction and retention.
Participate in initiatives focused on practice growth and expansion.
Clinical Collaboration
Work closely with clinical and operational teams.
Collaborate with support staff to optimize:
Patient flow
Scheduling
Surgical coordination
Overall patient experience
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Completion of accredited Plastic Surgery or Cosmetic Surgery residency.
Active medical license in applicable state.
Strong commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
2+ years of cosmetic or plastic surgery experience.
Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience.
Experience performing surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
Strong patient consultation and communication skills.
