NorTek Medical Staffing is representing a confidential Long Island organization seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon.

This opportunity offers the support and patient access of an established multi-specialty practice while allowing the incoming surgeon to develop a rewarding cosmetic and reconstructive caseload.

Compensation

• $450,000, based on experience and schedule
• 50% bonus on qualifying plastic surgery cases
• Significant production-based earning potential

Clinical Scope

The surgeon may perform a personalized combination of procedures, including:

• Facial aesthetic surgery
• Breast surgery
• Body contouring
• Post-Mohs reconstruction
• Skin-cancer reconstruction
• Scar revision
• Benign lesion and soft-tissue excisions
• Additional cosmetic and reconstructive procedures

Responsibilities include conducting consultations, developing treatment plans, performing procedures, providing postoperative care, and collaborating with referring providers.

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery
• Current, unrestricted New York medical license
• Cosmetic, reconstructive, or post-Mohs experience
• Strong communication and patient-relations skills
• Interest in growing a productive surgical practice
• No visa sponsorship available
