Client is seeking an experienced Senior Leadership Medical Doctor (MD/DO) specializing in liposuction and aesthetic medicine to lead and expand our advanced awake liposuction and body-contouring program in Scottsdale, Arizona.
This full-time, on-site leadership role combines advanced clinical practice with strategic program development. The ideal candidate will perform minimally invasive liposuction procedures, establish clinical standards, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and help shape the continued growth of a rapidly expanding aesthetic and regenerative medicine practice.

Job Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence & Patient Care:
Perform awake liposuction and advanced body-contouring procedures with a focus on patient safety, predictable outcomes, and natural aesthetic results.
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, evaluate candidacy, discuss treatment options, and provide informed consent education.
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices.
Maintain exceptional standards of patient care throughout the consultation, procedure, and recovery process.
Manage complications appropriately and participate in quality and outcomes reviews.
Program Leadership & Clinical Operations:
Lead clinical operations for the liposuction and body-contouring program.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical protocols, workflows, and safety standards.
Establish standardized pre-operative and post-operative care processes.
Track clinical outcomes and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, credentialing requirements, and professional standards.
Team Development & Practice Growth:
Supervise, train, and mentor nurses, physician assistants, aesthetic providers, and other clinical team members.
Promote a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
Partner with executive leadership on service expansion, clinical strategy, patient experience initiatives, and marketing collaboration.
Support the growth and reputation of the program through exceptional clinical outcomes and patient relationships.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation.
Ensure appropriate outcomes tracking and quality reporting.
Maintain active licensure, malpractice coverage, and professional credentials.
Participate in clinical reviews, including morbidity and mortality discussions when applicable.
Qualifications
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license or ability to obtain licensure promptly.
Board certification or board eligibility in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, General Surgery, or a related specialty.
Demonstrated experience performing awake liposuction and tumescent liposuction techniques.
Strong procedural experience supported by an established case history and professional references.
Prior clinical leadership experience, including team supervision, protocol development, and quality oversight.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification strongly preferred.
Commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fellowship training or advanced education in aesthetic surgery, body contouring, or minimally invasive cosmetic procedures.
Experience with:
Fat grafting procedures
VASER or energy-assisted liposuction
Regenerative treatments, including PRP, stem cell therapies, or injectable therapies
Previous leadership experience in a medspa, aesthetic practice, or private practice environment.
Experience supporting business growth initiatives, patient acquisition strategies, or marketing collaboration.
Familiarity with aesthetic practice EMR systems and clinical outcomes tracking tools.
Strong teaching, mentoring, communication, and patient relationship-building skills.
