Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
Educate patients regarding surgical options, expectations, recovery, and outcomes
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient management
Deliver exceptional aesthetic results while maintaining the highest standards of safety
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with clinical staff to provide an outstanding patient experience
Participate in continued practice growth through excellent patient care and service
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
Minimum 3 years of experience performing aesthetic plastic surgery
Expertise in cosmetic procedures involving face, breast, and body
Strong communication and patient relationship skills
Commitment to patient safety, satisfaction, and exceptional outcomes
Preferred:
Experience in private practice aesthetic surgery
Established cosmetic patient base or referral network
Experience in a high-volume cosmetic environment
Bilingual skills a plus
