Join a thriving Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery practice where you'll inherit an established patient base with immediate demand—not the challenge of building one from scratch. Supported by a multidisciplinary bariatric program and a strong marketing team, you'll perform a diverse mix of body contouring and cosmetic procedures while spending less time building a patient base and more time doing what you do best—operating.
A significant portion of the practice is dedicated to post-bariatric body contouring through an established multidisciplinary weight-loss program, providing a steady stream of referrals while giving you the autonomy to expand your cosmetic and reconstructive practice based on your expertise and career goals.
Job Responsibilities
You'll perform a diverse mix of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, with a primary emphasis on post-bariatric body contouring, including:
• Abdominoplasty
• Panniculectomy
• Lower body lifts
• Brachioplasty
• Thigh lifts
• Breast contouring and reconstruction after massive weight loss
You'll also have the opportunity to perform cosmetic procedures based on your interests and expertise, including breast surgery, facial aesthetics, injectables, laser treatments, skin excisions, and other reconstructive procedures.
As your practice grows, your schedule will naturally transition from a clinic-heavy model to a predominantly operating room practice with significant physician autonomy.
Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
• Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
• Experience or strong interest in massive weight loss body contouring
• Excellent surgical skills and patient-centered approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a long-term practice
