Job description
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity at a 596-bed Level I Trauma Center in York, Pennsylvania. For this locums position travel, housing, rental vehicle, and malpractice insurance are covered.
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: November 23
- Initial Coverage: November 23 (7:00 AM) – November 30 (7:00 AM)
- Ongoing Need: 6–8 call shifts per month
- Schedule: 24-hour inpatient call only
- Practice Setting: Hospital-based
- EMR: Epic
Practice Highlights:
- Level I Trauma Center
- Inpatient call coverage
- Patient volume varies based on call activity
- Opportunity for ongoing monthly coverage
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
- Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required for submission
- Active Pennsylvania DEA
- Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred
Credentialing:
- Less than 90-day credentialing timeframe
- Expedited credentialing available
