A well-established health system in West Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with Hand Trauma experience for an ongoing locums opportunity beginning as soon as credentialed.
Position Highlights
- ASAP start (estimated 8/31)
- Initial 6-month assignment with option to extend
- One week of coverage per month
- Thursday 7:00 AM – Thursday 7:00 AM
- Clinic, OR, and call coverage
- Cerner EMR
- Ambulatory Surgery Center & Hospital setting
Practice Details
- Join a collaborative team of 3 Plastic Surgeons and 3 APPs
- Full clinic and OR support staff including RNs, MAs, LPNs, PAs, and NPs
- Treat patients of all ages
- Practice includes:
- Hand trauma
- Carpal tunnel
- Trigger finger
- Body contouring
- Cosmetic surgery
- Breast reconstruction
Requirements
- Board Certified Plastic Surgery
- Hand Trauma experience required
- Experience with body contouring, cosmetic surgery, and breast reconstruction
- Active WV license or eligible for IMLC/WV Temporary License
- Active DEA
- BLS & ACLS required
Additional Information
- Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
- IMLC and West Virginia Temporary License accepted
- Travel provided
