We are seeking a full-time Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon to join a high-volume, well-established private practice in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The practice specializes in limb salvage, upper extremity reconstruction, and microsurgery, supported by a strong referral network and a state-of-the-art on-site surgery center.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surgeon looking to build a thriving practice, deliver complex care, and expand into new hospital systems within a competitive and market.
High-volume practice with approximately 12,000 RVUs annually
1:3 call rotation
Established patient base with consistent case flow
Dedicated, experienced clinical and administrative support team
Opportunity for growth and expansion across additional hospital systems

Job Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care and outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers
Participate in call coverage and hospital-based care as required
Contribute to practice growth and development initiatives
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
Demonstrated expertise in reconstructive surgery and microsurgery
Strong clinical judgment and surgical skills in high-acuity settings
Excellent communication and patient relationship management abilities
